Rub the olive oil into the chicken legs, and then use the garlic-paprika mixture to cover them all over

Season the chicken legs and put them on a baking sheet

Bake them in a hot oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until they are fully cooked and the skin is golden brown

Warm the taco shells up in the oven or on the stove for a few minutes until they are soft and bendable while the chicken bakes

Take the chicken legs out of the oven and let the meat cool down for a few minutes

Then, cut the meat off the bone

The tacos can be put together by putting diced tomatoes, red onion, and shredded lettuce on each tortilla

On top of the vegetables, put slices of the baked chicken leg

Spread sour cream on top of each taco, top with chopped cilantro, and squeeze a lime wedge over each one to make it taste extra fresh

To make tacos, fold the tortillas over the filling and serve right away
