Slow Cooker Chocolate Marble Cheesecake
A delicious mix of rich chocolate and creamy cheesecake that is easy to make in a slow cooker.
Ingredients:
- 3 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crust
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition
Stir in vanilla, sour cream, flour, and milk until combined
Pour half of the cheesecake mixture into the graham cracker crust
Drizzle melted chocolate over the batter in the crust
Pour the remaining cheesecake batter over the chocolate layer
Use a knife to gently swirl the chocolate into the cheesecake batter
Place a trivet in the bottom of the slow cooker and pour in 1 cup of water
Place cheesecake on the trivet
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours
Turn off slow cooker and let cheesecake cool in the cooker with the lid ajar for 1 hour
Remove from slow cooker and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving
