Pork Kebabs with Orange and Thyme
Ingredients:
- 1
- 5 lbs pork loin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 oranges, zest and juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions:
Add the orange juice, thyme leaves, garlic that has been minced, salt, and pepper to a bowl
This is how you make the marinade
Put the pork cubes in a plastic bag that can be closed again and again, and pour the marinade over them
For the best taste, seal the bag and put it in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Using the wet wooden skewers, thread the pork cubes that have been marinated on them
If you want, you can alternate with orange slices
Turn the kebabs over every so often for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the pork is cooked all the way through and has a nice char
Add some fresh thyme leaves on top of the hot pork kebabs to make them look nice
Have fun with your tasty pork kebabs with orange and thyme
