Keto Instant Pot Egg Bites
Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Use cooking spray to grease the egg bite molds
Whisk the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper together in a bowl until everything is well mixed
Add bacon bits, cheddar cheese shreds, and chopped spinach
Evenly pour the egg mixture into the egg bite molds that have been prepared
Put the trivet inside the Instant Pot and add one cup of water
Place the trivet on top of the filled egg bite molds with care
Press the valve all the way to the way in to seal the Instant Pot
Make sure the timer is set for 8 minutes at high pressure and choose Pressure Cook or Manual
After the cooking cycle is over, let the pressure drop naturally for 5 minutes
Then, release any remaining pressure by hand
Remove the egg bite molds from the Instant Pot with care and let them cool for a few minutes
Taking the egg bites out of the molds slowly, serve them warm
