BBQ Ramen-Veggie Chicken Salad
A delicious and satisfying salad combining BBQ flavors with ramen noodles, veggies, and shredded chicken. Perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 packs ramen noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 cup broccoli florets, blanched
- 1 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
Shred the chicken and put it in a large bowl
Add the cooked ramen noodles, broccoli, red bell pepper, carrots, and green onions
Add rice vinegar, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to a small bowl
Then, whisk in the soy sauce and barbecue sauce
Give the salad a good stir after adding the dressing
Put the salad in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors mix
Toss chopped cilantro and toasted sesame seeds on top before served
